Diet weight loss relating BMR?
Ok, so I want to lose 2lbs a week, I did all the calculations for the exercise so that's 1lbs and the 2nd pound is lost by cutting 500 calories a day right? So do I deduct this from my BMR (which is around 2239) or do I deduct it from the 2000 that experts recommend? And also, if I did eat 1500 calories a day I would make a deficit of around 739 is that ok or not ok? Thanks.
Will sweating more(putting on heavy clothes)increase the ammt of weight loss with the ddr weight loss and diet
Ive just heard before that if you sweat you can lose more pounds, so saying if i played a game where im losing calories, if i put on heavier clothes would i increase weight loss? Just curious though i dont know if it makes any sense/

I currently weigh around 220lbs. Before september 1st I want to lose about 50lbs to become 170lbs. I plan to workout 5-7 times a week burning 1000 calories each time while eating 1200-1500 calories a day. Do you think I will reach my goal in time and do you know of any safe pills that i can get from walmart, zellers, or shoppers that will help me reach my goal?

Ground turkey good for a weight loss diet? Calories high?
Okay, so the ground turkey that I have says that it still has 240 per 4 oz. That still seems a little high for a serving. I thought it would be good for me and a good change from all of my beans, veggies, and egg white meals. Does this seem high cal for a meat product? Or, will these be calories that I can easily burn and use immediately. Please only answer if you actually are a nutritionist or expert. Thanks.
Plus, I was going to use it to add to chili beans, tomatoes, onions, and chili powder to make a low cal chili. But, this seems to make it pretty high in cals actually.

some people say diet soda is a lot better since it;s 0 calories and all. but then i;ve heard that any soda is bad when trying to lose weight....? help

I think i am eating healthy, I just need to get a protein shake in there somewhere. (after workout). I am lacking in calories, what healthy food should I consume of that contains lots of calorie?
