weight loss help!!!!?

when i try to diet, i do pretty well for the first week or two, then i just sort have a breakdown or something and im back to overeating again. Im not overweight according to bmi and body fat tests, but i really HATE the way i look, and im thinking that even when im eating cookies or something else fattening, but i cant seem to stop.
oh yeah, i probably isnt my diet thats the problem because ive gone to a bunch of healthy weight loss sites, and i base my diets on tips from those, never been on a diet like south beach or some other one that requires u to pay anything to get the advice. and im on the swim team, ive been on the basketball team, and i play water polo occasionally, also when im on the diet, i do things like pilates and 1/2 hour on the exercise bike. i really cant stand doing all of this and never looking anyh different, answer please!!!!!

At a "Healthy" Weight of 150 lbs at 5'10, Will Just Eating A Healthy, 1500 Calorie Diet Bring me to 130 lbs

Oh, and I do 30 minutes cardio 3x a week. If I do this, will it help me continuously lose weight or would I have to go on a radical, long-term diet to get down to 130 lbs? I know 150 lbs is an acceptable BMI for my height, but I still feel bulky and overweight. I'm not trying to get "stick thin" - 130 is the absolute lowest I want to go. If I just follow the healthy weight-loss lifestyle, will I actually LOSE the weight or will my body refuse since it's not overweight to begin with? This is when I begin to think I may have to cut back many more calories or exercise a lot more to get my body to finally go past its "comfort zone".

Tough weight loss, healthy way?

I am 5'0", around 125-130lbs, with 36DD breasts. My BMI is on the higher side of what is alright for someone my height, and it has even been in the overweight range very recently. This is not ok with me, and I would like to lose some weight in a healthy way. I would like to hope that this means I will lose a cup size or so as well. My mom told me that in our family when the women lose weight they lose cup sizes. However, I'm a dancer, so I have muscles, which I know can add weight, but I'd like to keep those muscles. I've also always had a tough time losing weight. Would you recommend I use Weight Watchers? Get a nutritionist? Or just try to regulate the entire process by myself? I don't want to completely eliminate sugar or anything, because I love to cook and don't want to deprive myself of anything. Also, I'm vegan, if that makes a difference in anyone's suggestions. Any input is welcome. Thanks in advance :)
I guess I shouldn't have put ANY input is welcome because people aren't reading the question anymore. Please read the question before you answer because there are IMPORTANT details! Like the fact that I've always had a tough time losing weight. So telling me to exercise and eat healthy is stupid because I've already mentioned them both in the question.

Is this weight loss goal healthy and realistic?

I'm Jack. Im 15, 6 foot 2, and weigh 245 pounds. My BMI puts my at 31.5, which is obesity. The thing is, I dont look that overwight. Maybe its my baggy jeans, and XXXL tee shirts that hide it, but people dont believe it when I tell them i wiegh that much. Anyway, a few years ago I was stuggling with this, i was 5 foot 6, 195, which put me at the BMI, 31.5. I lost a ton of weight back then and want to do it again by eating better, eating less, and working out more. Here's my goals.

Starting Point, May 31, 6 foot 2, 245.5, 31.5Obesity
2 weeks in, June 14, 6 foot 2, 237, 30.4, Obesity
2 weeks more, June 28, 6 foot 2, 230, 29.5, Overwieght
2 days before B-day, July 10, 6 foot 2, 225, 28.9, Overweight
20 days later, July 30, 6 foot 3, 217, 27.1, Overweight
1st Day of School, August 21, 6 foot 3, 205, 25.6, Overweight
Final Goal, September 5, 6 foot 3, 199, 24.9 Normal Weight

Do you think that those are realistic? And what advice do you have to help me reach them?
Thank You

How can you tell what a good, healthy weight would be for somebody?

My mom (age 45) has been trying to lose weight. She weighs about 210-220 pounds and she's about 5'5". For her height, we know a healthy BMI would have her weighing between 120 and 150 pounds.

How do you know what goal to set for a final weight loss goal?

Type 1 Diabetes Die t/ Weight loss / healthy?

I am 21 male Type 1 Diabetic and am on Five injections a day.

I am 180 cm and weigh 78.1kg (24.1 BMI) I have already lost 5kg since January and am looking to loose another 7kg.

I have lost weight by skipping my morning injection and reducing all my insulin's. Although I am now skipping an injection I have been monitoring my blood sugar very closely to make sure it doesn't go high and it seems as If I managing to control my blood sugar levels better than before.

I am eating healthy lots of fruit and veg and only two meals a day. plus a snack in the evening.

I just wanted to ask is this safe as I know if I tell my doctor he will say your not meant to skip injections but I am scared of putting the weight back on again.
