diet/weight loss is this a good weight?
alright so im 15 and about 5'5 3/4" and now weigh about 130-131. i used to way 148-149 so ive lost about 17 or 18 lbs. in the last 5 months or so. i think my bmi is at a good range but does this sound like a good weight to be at?? opinions please:)

Hi, I'm about 5'2-5'3 and my weight is 146. I did my BMI and it says I'm overwieght for my age.
I am in my young teens so no Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig. I am NOT going to cut off a limb! Or do fasting because I know I'll gain it back, plus more! I just want to lose weight in a healthy way. Diet/Extersise plans would be a great help.
I will inform you again that I AM overwieght. I don't like it when people give me B.S. answers like "Odds are you are a skinny little stick who wants to be thinner. No that's not the case.

Since last year I have put on some 10 kg weight. please suggest me how to loose these 10 kg by this February . I like to eat junk food like burgers , pizza once every week or 10 days. Can you tell me a bout some diet plan or good exercises.

Know any Effective weight loss supplement to be taken with excercise!?
I ride my bike often and I don't have a bad diet, but I am 20 LB overweight (I have a bad BMI, too much body fat? My personal trainer was surprised because he said I do not look like that but that mnust be because where I should have muscle i have more fat!?? ew) - anyway, I really don't see a difference, I have refused to take pills for as long as i remember, but I am so sick of the same problem...I need some assistance.
I have considered Hoodia & Acai- but i dont know if it works. If anything, I would not take Acai for weight-loss, but rather for cleansing.
What about Hoodia? whats your experience? btw im only 17 1/2 so dont reccomend anything extreme and un natural! I do not want to hurt myself... i search this often and I see many poeple respond "NOTHING DIET AND EXCERCISE" - I totally agree but this is not the case with me so please none of thatt, been there done that =)

Weight loss question????
I've just recently started my own little weight loss plan. I'm eating healthy, three meals a day and running through the woods about 45 minutes each day. I've been on a lot of websites talking about weight loss but they all seem to be for people looking to loose a significant amount of weight, like 100 pounds or more. I'm really only wanting to loose around 20-25 pounds. My question is, is it harder to loose weight when your not technically overweight to start out with? I'm not super skinny or anything, I'm a little pudgy but according to my bmi I'm at a healthy weight. If I lost 20-25 pounds I would still be at a healthy weight, I would just look better! About how long would it take? Any personal stories would great!
Does medicare and medi-cal insurance cover any weight loss surgery or programs?

so i'm 20 years old 5'9 ft, weight at 193, bmi at least 28%. So i'm overweight. So should i use the 1200 or 1500 calories a day meal diet? Also my goal will be to burn at least 500-700 calories just working out (video) and then maybe burn an extra 100-200 calories just by lifiting and running. So will this be a good healthy weight loss plan or a bad (unhealthy)weight loss plan or would i even loss weight? Thanks for looking at this post ladies and gents.
How do I lose weight the healthy way, and keep it off? ?
Well, thanks to all who answered my last health question, how to convince the rest of my family to eat healthier food and eat smaller portions. That worked out okay, but the way I eat alone isn't going to help me get into tip top shape. So how do I lose weight the healthy way and be able to keep it off? My BMI was like, 24.5, right on the healthy/unhealthy line. My goal weight loss is 27 pounds. How long will that take?
