weight loss diet help, please?

i have a bff who is- i think: 150 lbs
She's 5' 1", 14 yrs old
she really wants to loose all her lbs && wants to be at least 95 lbs by 2/5/09
she's tried everything but nothing works!
she asked me to help but i dont know any diets
can you plz be helpful?
put up some really good (free) diets- nothing like green tea diet or grapefruit diet- nothing like that

plz put a regular exercise/healthy food diet

no pills or drinks or pricey stuff

just a free healthy/exercise diet

Which weight loss supplement is better Force Factor or 24 fit system?

I am planning on taking a supplement along with regular exercise and cycling classes to help me lose weight a little bit faster, I do have a hard time dieting because it's a huge inconvienience not that I dont watch what I eat I just cant always be as controling as I want to since I dont live alone and I am not the one who pays for groceries.
24 fit system is by mens science, and Force Factor is well Force Factor I dont think people have not heard of this one.

Would whey protien shakes help me achieve my weight loss goals?

I'm 28 years old, 4'11" & around 140 lbs. I'd like to lose 20 lbs. I work out 4-5 times a week (a mixture of both cardio & medium intensity strength training) & I try to watch what goes into my body.

I've dabbled in whey protein before, but always lost interest pretty quickly so I never really stuck with it. Would consistantly using whey protein (one or two shakes a day) help with my weight loss goals? Also, are most brands pretty much the same?

Know any Effective weight loss supplement to be taken with excercise!?

I ride my bike often and I don't have a bad diet, but I am 20 LB overweight (I have a bad BMI, too much body fat? My personal trainer was surprised because he said I do not look like that but that mnust be because where I should have muscle i have more fat!?? ew) - anyway, I really don't see a difference, I have refused to take pills for as long as i remember, but I am so sick of the same problem...I need some assistance.

I have considered Hoodia & Acai- but i dont know if it works. If anything, I would not take Acai for weight-loss, but rather for cleansing.

What about Hoodia? whats your experience? btw im only 17 1/2 so dont reccomend anything extreme and un natural! I do not want to hurt myself... i search this often and I see many poeple respond "NOTHING DIET AND EXCERCISE" - I totally agree but this is not the case with me so please none of thatt, been there done that =)
i'm also female i am not trying to get brolic - but yes i want atleasy 8lb of muscle too lol :D

How can I convince someone that eating way too fast is not healthy and will affect their weight?

My boyfriend is constantly complaining about how fat he is but refuses to believe me when I tell him that inhaling his food (and huge huge portions) is unhealthy and a contributor to his fat gut. He works out at the gym 5 days/week lifting weights & uses our eliptical 6 days/week for about an hour each time. He limits white flour, carbs, sugar (close to none), and eats small amounts of food 7 to 8 times a day during the work week. But on the weekends he eats huge amounts of food and inhales it like a starving dog. He even eats off of a serving platter and uses a giant salad fork! Its soo terrible that he just hoovers over the plate and shovels food in until its gone. I think that it's very conterproductive to his weight loss but he says I'm wrong and that I have a phobia of food. To make matters worse his 7yr old son's learning to eat the same way and sometimes even gags from trying to scarf his food down too fast. Any sources for info would be great! Thanks

If you were going to make one diet change for weight loss, what would have the biggest impact?

ie: more water, NO bread, No sweets, No fried foods, No eating after 7pm, etc. I realize ALL of the above are extremely important in weight loss. But which would have the greatest effect on body fat loss & if you wouldn't mind stating why. thank you!

I have lost 20 pounds in five weeks, is that healthy?

I started out at 210 lbs, i'm 6'4", and 24 years old. I have cut my calories to 1500 - 1900 a day, plus I work out 5 times a week. Cardio three times & weight lifting twice. I know 1-3 pounds a week is okay, but it seems like this might be unhealthy. What are your opinions & what should I do if anything to make sure it is a healthy weight loss?

Is doing the opposite of weight loss advice healthy for skinny people to gain weight?

I'm a skinny guy (im 17, 130 pounds), but pretty athletic. If I want bigger arms & calfs, in general want to gain more weight. If I follow the opposite of weight loss advice, such as not exercising and eating foods like cake/donuts, (along with obviously protein shakes, will I gain muscle mass?

Another thing I want to ask is if "high protein" but low calorie whey protein drinks (this thing called Orgaino is healthy for me.

Are there any foods that actually promote weight loss?

Yes, I know that fruits and veggies are generally the route to go as it's nearly a no-lose situation but what about all this other stuff I'm reading about? Fiber & wheat? Rice? Grapefruit? Are there really foods within our categories of groups that can stimulate weight loss, aside from just dieting alone? If so, which foods stimulate? Which are "false friends"?

Chia seed oil weight loss supplement?

Has anyone tried Chia seed oil for weight loss, and does it work? Supposedly this product turns to a gel once consumed and curbs appetite. It also claims to be loaded with Omega 3 and 6. Another scam?
