Weight loss help? Is this healthy? Do need to eat more?

I need help figuring out how to lose weight and I'm confused. On my iPod I downloaded an app called something like myfitnesshelper. It said for me to lose weight I needed to eat 1300 calories but I lowered it to 1100 cuz of this website called almostthin.webs.com. So I logged into the app and put in that for vreakfast I ate a bagel (78 calories) and for lunch I had a salad (20 calories) and a diet coke. Then I put in my exercise (10 minutes walking - 23 calories burned), (30 minutes jogging - 159 burned and 30 min. Yoga for 68 calories burned I think. And 200 each pushups and crunches. When I was done it said my net calories wuz -55!! Negative!! Is that good or bad cuz I don't wanna be anorexic I just wanna loose 20 pounds!! And I'm 13 years old, 5'2 and 113 pounds. Plz don't say things like ur not fat well I am! I need to lose weight for cheer! I need to be lower than 90! So how can I lose weight healthy and is ok to eat 1100 calories or will that make me fat! Help I wanna be thin!

What are the best supplements to take?

I had a baby 12 weeks ago. I gained 40 pounds and lost 20 pounds since his birth. I am exercising 30 minutes per day and dieting, but need some extra help. What are the best weight loss supplements to take. I am no longer breast feeding and have no medical problems, so I am able to take anything.

At home exercises for a new mom for weight loss?

I want to lose weight just because I need to tone my stomach, hips, thighs, and waist. I'm a healthy weight, but I want the rolls gone. :)

Weight: 130
Diet: 1200 calorie/diet
Current exercise: 30 minutes stationary bike/3x a week

Goal Weight: 120

Based on everything, what do I need to work on? I need exercises to be done AT HOME!

What is a good dietary supplement for weight loss to use (while eating right and exercising)?

I walk about 20-30 minutes a day, eat right, and take hardcore tae kwon twice a week. I wanna lose weight/inches to get to what my body is suppose to look like. I'm not overweight, I'm pretty average. I have a bit of baby fat. So what helps? Lipo 6 for her? Hydroxycut? bleh?

What is the best cardio/strength training combo to maximize weight loss?

I am looking to loose weight the healthy way with exercise and healthy living. My goal is to loose 1-2 lbs per week and I have decided to utilize the Weight Watchers Flex Point system to help me on the food end. Now I need to know how to work out the right way. How long should I walk/lift weights? Should I alternate days? Is is okay to work out for a half hour or should I go longer? Is it more important to walk a mile in 17 minutes if I can or should I still walk the whole 30 minutes? What kind of strength training should I do and for how long? So much to know. Please Help. I'm exercising an hour a day and eating healthy, but still no weight loss! Help!?

I am 5'2" and 130 pounds. I usually eat very healthy everyday and consume around 1,200 calories a day, and have for the past few years. Recently, I have started working out, 5-6 days a week, usually for an hour or more. This involves around 45 minutes on an elliptical machine and 15 minutes on a treadclimber machine. I also have been swimming with my daughter about twice a week for about 30 minutes. I have been working out like this for about 3 weeks but haven't seen any results! I know that I am building muscle so the numbers of the scale may not move, but it feels and looks like I'm GAINING weight. Can anyone spot anything I'm doing wrong? I am trying to get back down to 120 pounds by August so any advice would be great!

I want to run the HCG weight loss protocol in my home? What do you think?

I am a nursing student and graduate in may with my BSN. I have done the HCG weight loss protocol by Dr. simeon and its in Kevin Trudeau's book as well. I lost over 25 lbs in a 30 day period with only 30 minutes of walking 3 times a week. It was the best thing ever!!! I want to help other people out who have tried it all to lose weight because I know this works...I am living proof. I am asking what others think about the idea and if they have any suggestions to get it started.

Looking for weight loss supplement?

I am looking for something to help with my weight loss. I do exercise daily for 30 minutes minimum, I drink plenty of water each day and I constantly try to cut out any non-healthy foods that I can. I am just looking for something to help with the fat burning/weight loss. I am looking to lose somewhere around 20 lbs. Thanks for any answers!

Can you exercise less to maintain weight loss if its high intensity?

Will running for 30 minutes a day five days a week. at 5.9 miles per hour on a 2.0 incline be enough to maintain weight loss? I am a teenager and I'm consuming roughly 1800 calories per day. Right now I'm running for 45 minutes five days a week at 5.9 miles per hour on a 0.5 incline. I walk the other two nights to give my knees a break.
