  1. Fruits and veggies are packed full of nutrients… forget about this silly low-carb stuff: whole grain bread, fruits, veggies, etc.: these are healthy foods which will help you lose weight and stay healthy in the process!! Losing weight is just a matter of "energy in must be less than energy out": don’t let fad diet people tell you something different. So, increase your activity level and cut down on the "calories in" side of things – find areas where you can cut calories without cutting nutrition.

  2. Of course not! Fruits are the best snacks. The fruit that speeds up your metabolism is grapefruit(i personally hate it), but all fruits are great.

  3. Fruit has good carbs but try to limit your intake of bananas though. As long as the fruit is raw and not canned and sweetened with corn syrup it is really good for weight loss

  4. no, indeed! But it’s not even a good idea to eat only fruit..

  5. It’s best to not think of your weight loss journey in terms of "diet" or "dieting." These don’t work. You instead want to create a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain for the rest of your life. Fruits and vegetables are 100% good for you and a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. As another person stated here, don’t believe fad dieters when they tell you to avoid fruits. If you want to be fit and healthy, then you need to live like a fit, healthy person. If they can eat plenty of raw produce to maintain a healthy body, then you can as well to lose weight. I’ve traveled to Southeast Asia quite a bit. There is very little occurrences of excess fat, let alone obesity, there. Why? 99% of their diet consists of whole foods like rice, meat, fruits and vegetables. They can eat all they want because they eat real food and stay active well into old age. Fruits are real food. Do not shy away from it. If you are active and primarily eating real foods, then you’ll be just fine.

  6. I can fully understand your frustration. I have been fightinng weight issues

all my life, nothing worked all that well for me… yes I would lose weight on

some, but as soon as I went off their program the weight instantly returned.

That is until I tried the Diet Solution Program, and I have been having great

success with it; maybe it will work for you too.

    Well, good luck

  7. Fruits is the best ..trust me but not all of them . may be banana, mango, dates, and berries are not that good but at least they are not bad like chips for example!! best wishes for you !!!

  8. Hi,
I understand the problem and difficulties that you have encountered when trying to lose weight. She has had a lot of success with this and maybe it could be something that is right for you.
