Should I eat 3 sugar candies and a lollypop when I'm on the middle of a weight-loss diet?

I know this sounds like a dumb question but here it goes. My teacher gave me as a price for being ready on time 3 candies, and another teacher gave me a lollypop. My organism does a slow digestion so even if i eat little calories I stay fat. I'm trying to be serious about the diet, but I don't know how harmful 3 candies and a lollypop could be to the diet and how many calories they are. And anyways I dont want to throw them away so if not I would give them to someone else. I want to know whether its a lot of calories or not.

  1. It’s okay to eat a little bit of sweets sometimes so try one each day after you do a work out or something.

  3. I’ve herd on facebook that you are supposed to "cheat" every so often. This will help you control yourself when you have lost weight and start to maintain your figure.
