  1. Look at your current diet, add up the calories. Then look at how much exercise you do and figure out how many calories you burn. In a typical day without any extra effort you will burn around 2000 calories (*depending on weight, age, height, gender, movement, etc.) If you are eating 2000 calories a day, you will stay the same weight. If you eat less and burn more, you will lose weight. There are 3500 calories in one pound. If you are eating 500 calories less every day, you will lose about 1 lb. a week. Try eating a few less bites at every meal. Your body will adjust easier than anything drastically. As for cold water burning calories – in short, no. But drinking water helps helps move everything through your body so keep drinking. When you are cold your body starts using more energy to warm yourself up, so in theory, yes you are burning more calories. But don’t start chugging ice water in the snow, go for a power walk instead – sweating burns many more calories.

  2. At least 10 pounds if you stick two it.

  3. Realistically you can lose about 8-10 pounds per month with healthy eating and exercise. I’ve been following a meal plan of 1200 calories a day and exercising 4 times a week and I’ve lost 5 pounds in two weeks. I found it at http://www.iliveslim.com/free-diet-menus.html.

  4. I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called ProShapeRX. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info, also if your in time, theres a limited free trial where all you have to do is pay like 5 bucks for s/h which I took advantage of but in the long run, I ended up ordering more. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate
