How can I really diets to loss weight?
I weigh just under 15 stone. What should I be eating to diets to loss weight? I've stuck to the Weight Watchers diet for a week & I've only lost 1lb.
I worked out on Monday for 1 hour 20 minutes, and I couldn't walk without pain until Thursday evening.
