Need a healthy but good diet for weight loss?

my goal is to like 70 pounds in 90 days, i need a healthy diet tht wud help me put weight off but give me protiens and nutrients i need without starving my self. I will be working out too so dnt worry the weight loss is not completely dieting. so any idea wud really aprecciate it

  1. Sit ups and do crunches, you build sum lean muscle there plus the cardio exercise you do, you will loose whatever you want, and dont forget to cut down on your fatty food intakes. To lose in as little as 3 weeks, listen to music while you do it and make sure the abdominal pain is there else you are not doing much.

  2. You need to do cardiovascular exercise to burn fat. Some activities burn more fat than others.

  3. In order to lose fat you need to improve your diet (stay away from junk food).

  4. Eating right is the absolute biggest factor to losing weight. Now eating right does not mean you need to starve yourself, infact, that is the worst thing you can do!!! Try eating more organic foods because they are not processed and are healthier for your body. You also need to include exercise in your daily tasks. Start out small. You don’t have to be a marathon runner.

  5. Go crazy on vegetables. Vegetables are your best bet when it comes to losing pounds. Nature has a terrific spread when it comes to choosing vegetables. And the leafy green vegetables are your best bet. Try to include a salad in you diet always

  6. Stay away from sugars, starches & saturated fats. Drink lots of liquids, fresh fruits & vegetables, nuts & walk at least half an hour a day to start.

  7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.

    If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.

  8. Eat an apple every day

  9. Try to eat more meals a day and portion them smaller, it really is proven to speed up your metabolism and burn fat way faster. If you mix this in with the other things I’ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.

  10. Did not really find out wether you want to lose 70 pounds in 90 days? That sounds rather ambitious and not very healthy. But still depends on your current weight. But if you look for an easy, very effective and healthy diet that even can support your workout results, than this would be the right to look at, Paralta. I am doing it myself and it has helped a lot of my friends!
