Isagenix Weight Loss Program?

I've struggled with my weight for a few years now. My piano teacher recently referred me to use Isagenix, ever since her daughter began using it as well.

I know about the different programs and products available, now I just need some questions answered from long term users.

1. If you get off Isagenix, how soon would you gain the weight back?
2. WIll you have to remain on the maintenance program for the rest of your life?
3. Has anyone used Isagenix for a period of time, stopped, and kept the weight off themselves?
4. Would you recommend Isagenix for people ages 17-20 (my age range)?

I'm worried about staying on Isagenix for the rest of my life. I've always been skeptical of these types of things, because you either gain the weight once you get off, or have to stay on the stuff to maintain. I want Isagenix to help me lose weight, but I don't want to deprive myself of foods I enjoy forever--nor do I want to use a type weight loss supplement forever as well. Any advice?

  1. I’m proof that this program works. I lost 54 lbs in 4 months and have kept it off for over a year now and have the pictures to prove it. Isagenix help you to develpe a healthy eating habit. In order to lose weight with any program you have to eat healthier and change your eating portions. You can’t expect to lose weight eating fried food and soda everyday.

    I still drink a shake and fruit in the morning which cost me a total of $40 for a 2 months supply. That’s a small price for keeping the weight down.

    I do an Isagenix cleanse every 3 months. I believe that you should cleanse once every season.

  2. I’m a nutritionist and I’ve delved into the ingredients in Isagenix. They claim it helps to loose weight but yet in one of their drinks it has heaps of sugar, namely fructose. The thing is that I have done the training and know that fructose is converted to glucose in the liver and any excess is converted to triglycerides, which causes heart disease. You will gain weight back on after stopping in a short time, because you will be eating exactly the same as you were whilst taking the product.
    In order to loose weight and keep it off you have to eat correctly and small and often meals, portioned throughout the day. Eating Carbs, Proteins and good fats, drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day and doing light to moderate exercise will ensure you loose weight. Your portions should consist of approx 260 calories at each of the 5 meals per day. This will ensure your metabolism keeps going all day and even through the night.
    Losing weight is about making a life change,not drinking some potion that someone is making millions of dollars from.

I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

    Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road.
