Is this an acceptable diet for quick weight loss?
I want to lose about 20 pounds before spring break.
I have no problem exercising (i just have to stick with it), my issue is food.
So my plan a temporary diet plan is:
2 slim fast shakes (breakfast and lunch), and a southbeach diet tv dinner thing (dinner)
of course after I lose weight, i will just maintain it but come off of this temporary diet.
1st and 3nd answers: stop spamming. Thats so annoying.

Hey I understand the problems you`re gone through,when trying to lose weight. My freind is in the same sitation as you . Nothing worked for him until he came across the diet solution program. He`s having great success with it maybe this is which could be right for you.

Losing weight and dieting is difficult if you don’t change your attitude toward dieting.
You shouldn’t diet at all. You should change your daily lifestyle. Learn to eat properly all of the time, not just with a DIET.

I know you want to lose weight fast and easy, who doesn’t right? We all need to do it in a healthy way though, because crash diets just don’t work. Believe me, I’ve tried them all. If I did lose some weight, I put it right back on when I started eating normally again.
1-2 pounds a week is a healthy goal to lose weight. The only diet that ever worked for me is the diet solution program. It isn’t magical, it takes time and effort, so if you just want to take a pill and wake up skinny, don’t bother to check it out. Just keep dreaming! But if you really want to lose weight and feel good in your own skin, then it’s worth checking out the diet program. It really is the solution to stop the yo-yos.
It’s up to you, nobody else….

Hello . I understand what you have been going through. A good friend of mine had been trying to lose weight for many years without much success. She came across the diet solution program and is finally losing the weight she has wanted. This might be something for you to look into as well. Best of luck!
