Hey guys! I wanted some advice on my diet. Is it healthy and will it result in weight-loss? Or am I not eating enough? Thanks!
Breakfast: Coffee with fat-free creamer.
Lunch: 20 grapes, 1 serving of Baked! Potato Crisps, 1 Special-K Strawberry Snack Bar, and water.
Dinner: Just a normal dinner (Meat, usually a potato and a veggie) with a Diet Dr. Pepper and water.
That's it! Thanks for the advice
I don't mean "diet" like I'm ON a diet. This is just what I eat everyday!

That is not healthy. Basically you only ate 1 meal (dinner) and 1 snack (your lunch). Coffee is not an adequate breakfast. Your body needs energy to get through the morning. You need more calories to keep your body from going into starvation mode which lowers your metabolism. You need more fruit and veggies. Try to eat some at every meal.
An easy way to help eat better is the No S Diet. Don’t let the name fool you. It’s more of a sensible eating plan than traditional deprivation diet. No counting point, calories, carbs, etc. Just 3 simple rules.
1. No seconds.
2. No sweets (this includes sodas and other sweet drinks)
3. Not on S days (weekends and special holidays you can cheat)
If you want to have pizza, fine. Two regular or one large slice will fit on a plate. Chicken with rice? Just one serving. Pie ala-mode? Better make it on the weekend. The best thing about this is that unlike most traditional diets, it can be followed for you entire life without putting yourself in danger of malnutrition because it doesn’t limit the type of foods you can eat except sweets.
You can still have your favorite foods, just in moderation. You aren’t feeling deprived or guilty because you can eat what you want on the weekend. Just be sure you don’t overdo it and wreck all the good progress you made during the week. This also gives you something to look forward to the rest of the week. You don’t need special foods or to make a big deal around your friends and family.
Some people have #2 as no snacks. I find I get headaches if I don’t eat more frequently. I’ll allow myself a healthy snack of a small piece of fruit or veggies. Just be sure no dressing or peanut butter with it. Studies have shown that it is better to have 3 medium size meals and 2 small snacks rather than just 3 large meals. This helps keep blood sugar more steady. Plus you won’t feel so hungry at meal times.

Not enough.
Having nothing more than coffee for breakfast is not a good idea.
Don’t eat potato chips.
Don’t drink any type of soda, diet or otherwise.

You are in the right direction girl you just need to get some more veggies and protein in there. Eat lots of veggies and sources of protein, (salmon, eggs, turkey, chicken). To lose weight keep your calorie count at around 1,200 calories a day.

I don’t think this is enough food, nor are they very healthy options.
Coffee is NOT enough for breakfast. EVER. Breakfast is very important. Eating something in the morning starts your metabolism, or in other words, starts your calorie/fat burn. Eat a large and healthy breakfast. It will keep you fuller for the rest of the day as well.
You really shouldn’t eat crisps and snack bars for lunch. You outta eat more fruits, vegetables and lean sources of protein instead of so many carbs. Try a healthy sandwich and an apple instead.
Dinner is decent, just no diet soda. No soda, ever! Not even diet.
Make sure to eat snacks between these meals to keep your metabolism going all day, and definitely drink at least 2 liters of water and exercise lots! X3

No, what you have described is not a health, balanced diet. Not enough calories, in general. Not enough vegetables or fruits or protein. When you eat so few calories your body will go into starvation mode and store everything that you eat. You would lose weight faster by eating no fewer than 1200 calories/day.

No it won’t work and as you get older you will fell a lot less healthy and get any kind of illness. Since you are eating all crap, processed, and food with chemicals the the food companies put in to make food taste better. they take good stuff out like real milk etc and add other stuff to have longer shelf life. Like all those junk food with what they call creme fillings come on it os crisco or some manmade oil and sugar witj food coloring dye. Read the book by DR. Michael Aziz the perfect 10 diet book and you will see what you are doing to your body. It’ s REAL food for me, to stay healthy for life. No you will be gaining weight as time goes by your body need real food no all that crap and chemicals that are in processed food . Just take a look around you and what people are eating.

Try HCG. hCG stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, a hormone naturally produced by the placenta in pregnant women and almost completely controls the metabolic function through the hypothalamus throughout the pregnancy.
Tiny amounts of HCG are administered by injection. The amount used is much less than what is present during a woman’s pregnancy. The HCG then takes abnormal fat that has been stored and changes it into an energy that the body can use. This is equal to burning 200 or more calories in a day. Continuous dieting or yo-yo dieting damages the body’s natural ability to regulate weight. HCG stimulates the part of the brain that regulates weight and works to restore this ability. This prevents regaining the weight that is lost. As HCG makes the stored abnormal fat available for consumption, the body starts using the fat to live off of. The fat is now providing a source of energy similar to the energy provided by food consumption. Patients are instructed to consume no more than 500 calories from food intake per day. Because the abnormal fat has been turned into energy, the reduced calorie intake is not noticed, and hunger is not a side effect.
