Is there a secret to jogging and weight loss?
I've been exercising faithfully for about a year and have lost about 80lbs. Trouble is, I need to lose about 80 more (at least). I'm looking for new ways to kick my weight loss back into high gear. Will jogging help? I'm still pretty big so it's soooo difficult still. Is there a trick to it? Breathing, stride etc. Thanks.

I think you’ve already done a great job
Exercise in some form will always help you lose weight.
One of the secrets to lose weight fast and keeping it off is your blood sugar level, and keeping the blood sugar steady on a healthy level. That is not as difficult as might sound and is done by eating food that have fat burning properties in them. In fact that includes eating fat as well. In you are interested you can read this article http://hypnosisforweight.com/blood-sugar-is-the-secret-to-losing-weight.html It opened my eyes and I hope it’s useful to you too.
Good luck

The formula for losing weight is easy – eat less food and workout more often – the difficulties arise when we actually try to put that into operation! There are a lot of temptations in the big wide world don’t you think?! I discovered some good information by learning from the web resource in the box below, they have a lot of tips and tricks, I lost 10 pounds by using their methods.

it,s an exercise. start slowly by warming up. go short distances. wear good running or cross training shoes. stretch after jogging. drink water.

One of the keys to weight loss is simply walking! And another great trick is to cut your food into slices or bite-size pieces. And take a littler amount of food because if there are "seconds" in the pot/pan/serving dish you will feel like you have eaten more.
Hope this helps!
