Is rice bad for my diet? will it slow down my weight loss?

Im trying to loose weight is eating rice bad for my diet? will it slow down my weight loss?

  1. Fat loss can only occur when the blood stream is clear of insulin. Carbs trigger insulin. Rice is a carb.

  2. brown rice is good, white rice or fried rice is bad

  3. You can use long grain brown rice (I eat the low fat made by Gulf Pacific). It’s only 150 calories per serving and it has no sodium

    i eat rice as part of my healthy eating habits:
    5 meals a day on average between 350-450 calories per meal following a 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat ratio. Translates into 3-4 oz of protein, 1-2 cup of veg, 1/2 cup of carbs (brown rice or pasta)
