Is my weight normal for a 15 year old girl?

Im 15.
5'4
112 pounds :/
is that too much!?
my stomach isnt nice and flat like it should be.
I try reallyy hard to eat less than 900 calories a day.
Is there any natural healthy weight loss pills you recommend?

  1. You’re fine. And EVERYONE has curves, you’re never going to have a perfectly flat stomach. There’s no such thing as a healthy weight loss pill. A healthy, varied diet and exercise will make you fit, not starving yourself and taking garbage pills.

  2. 5′4 and 112 is pretty thin, so don’t worry at all.
    I wouldn’t be eating 900 calories, that isn’t enough calories and believe it or not but if your body doesn’t consume enough calories, it will store all the fat in you, which will make it nearly impossible to lose weight. So make sure you drink a lot of water (it’s 0 calories, it boost your metabolism, and it curves your appetite!), and eat around 1,500 calories a day.

    If you want to tone up your stomach, no weight loss pill will do that for you. You’ll have to do it the old fashion way.. working out! lol. Jogging is good for your legs and your core, so try to jog for 25 minutes about, a couple times a week. It’ll get you in good shape too. And to concentrate even more on your abs, here’s a routine that worked for me:
    -3 sets of planks, 45 seconds each set
    -3 sets of side planks (3 sets for each side) 45 seconds again
    -3 sets of bicycle crunches, 25 crunches each time
    -3 sets of leg lifts, 20 each set
    -3 sets of crunches with your legs crossed in the air and bent
    –If you aren’t sure how to do any of those ab routines, just google it, it’s pretty simple
