Is it really true that diet can be done by the best dieting plan for weight loss ?
I am 5'9 and I currently weight 140 pounds. As everybody knows, bikini season is right around the corner and I would like to lose around 10- 15 pounds. What are some good exercises and tips to lose that weight and tone up? What store gives the best offer for diet products or systems? Any online site to get info if that kind of diet is really safe or not ? Thanks

For excercise- Tai Chi is an excelent low impact excercise that is largely isometric. Less vigorous than Pilates, and not quite as uncomfortable as yoga. Or a martial arts class in general.
Just cutting back on portion size and being more active will work fine for most people. Avoid the artificial sweeteners- they have severe health risks in spite of FDA approval. (Video- Sweet Misery covers the history of Aspartame and Donald Rumsfeld’s involvement politically to get it approved in spite of his conflicting interests.) You also have to read labels well- you would be amazed what things have aspartame or sucralose added to them. Sucralose is bad because it is effectivley a DDT analog. It was discovered in a pesticide lab. NUM!
If you want to lower glycemic index values while adding sweetener, use Stevia, (Sweet Leaf of Paraguay) and Agave nectar- the agave nectar tastes like a mild basswood honey.
Also cut back on MSG and it’s analogs- anything on the ingredient listed as "modified" "Catalysed" "Autolyzed" should be eliminated or reduced. These tend to make people eat more, and most of your fast foods and most of your sit down restaraunts use some form of MSG to enhance flavoring. This means if you have a container of Lawery’s- get rid of it.
Learn to cook from scratch if you do not know how. Processed foods are loaded with many things you do not want.
Soy- minimize it’s use or eliminate it. It is not a protein the human body can really handle and it has a certain amount of phytoestrogen mimics.
