Is Eating Acai Berry or Taking Acai Berry Supplement Better For Weight Loss?

and if its better to take a supplement.
which one do u think is the best
i've looked around and just cant seem to find an answer

  4. I tried Acai Berry and it didn’t work. I watched what I ate and worked out 5 times a week. Didn’t lose anything! I’d try something else.

  6. iv heard just drinking 1oz a day of real acai berry concentrate has all the effects that you are looking for (i heard it on the doctors, that tv show) but when i looked online for the acai berry i found a bunch of crazy stuff that was like acai berry is fake and this isnt real acai berry so i dunno. it says you have to find the real acai berry but i dont know where you can find the real acai berry concentrate, but it really is supposed to help with weight loss. i want to know where to find it 2
