Weight Loss Question and Answer Weight Loss Answers

I need tips on a for sure weight loss diet.?

I'm 5'9" and it has been awhile since I had been on the scale. It runs in the gene pool to get unwanted fat areas, I don't want that. I find myself constantly covering up my arms and my stomach when I am around my friends because they are thin. I'm not terribly fat, I'm not even fat. But I do feel way to self-conscious and swim suit season is close and I am like ewww. I used to be like a super twig, then I got older and my metabolism slowed. I find myself always feeling hungry and saying I can lose it later. And I think it's time later come. I feel like a fat blob, and constantly trying to compare myself to fat people and I feel awful for it. My clothes are shrinking and I need help!!!

  1. You might want to talk to your doctor and a personal trainer.

  2. Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://calorieneedscalculator.com This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

I’ve been off and on for a while there and everytime I am on, I lose weight just be keeping track of what I eat.

Try it and I hope it helps.
