I need a 20lb weight loss diet.?
diet and excercise, yes I know, read countless books, was body building at one time.....but.....I spent 3 years on an online game, put my body overweight by 20lbs(which is a blessing with no excercise and all fast food)
I'm looking for the diet part. I want prepared meals I can buy....not cooking anything or spending more than 2 min on it.
Weight watchers, healthy choice, lean cuisine, online meals or are there others that are better?

you can join teams that are trying to lose the same amount of weight as you, or for the same reasons, etc.
everything about it is easy to use and also rewarding.
it will tel you how many calories a day you need to eat everyday to lose the weight in the time limit you set.
then it will set up exersises for you and a nutrition plan.
or if you want you get just make your own fitness plan and just enter in what you eat and it will track the calories for you.
