i eat cereal(mini wheats), protein bar and yogurt for breakfast. i eat a clif bar and yogurt for lunch. i eat a protein bat, yogurt and a small bowl of mixed fruit for dinner. in between all meals i occasionally snack on carrots. what is wrong with my diet, and is it normal to be getting extreme diarrhea once a day??? i also run 2 miles a day and do some weights.
does diarrhea contain the body fat i lost? i am averaging a pound a day lost in body fat. i use i body composition meter so i know i am loosing body fat, not just muscle mass. i am in fact gaining muscle mass with my workout.

I found a program that makes losing weight simple and painless, now all my friends want to know, well not all because some don’t need to!
I found the perfect solution

Um it’s because you’re eating food that will cause diarrhea. Seriously, eat something better than that.

Depending on your old diet, this might be a dramatic change from that. It will go away.
Do not take medicine for it. Diarrea can be a good thing when loosing weight.
My advice,
Drink ALOT of water.

To much fiber, I had the same problem. Protein bars and other health foods usually have a lot of fiber. Just try not to buy a brand with so much next time

No it is not normal to have diarrhea!
What’s with the protein bars? Eat real food!!
EAT real, healthy food that nourishes your body. Don’t you want to be healthy AND the right weight? You know, it is possible to eat a full, balanced diet and lose weight. And you will have energy for your exercise, too.

Hi. I couldn’t help noticing by the number of questions posted that the age old problem of losing weight quickly, but safely, NEVER goes away. A work colleague of mine had absolutely fantastic results recently and all she did was follow the guide below. (Luckily, I’m I’m OK according to my hubby!) The results were incredible! It worked for her – it may work for you too.
Here’s hoping.
Good luck.
