I have lost 20 pounds in five weeks, is that healthy?
I started out at 210 lbs, i'm 6'4", and 24 years old. I have cut my calories to 1500 - 1900 a day, plus I work out 5 times a week. Cardio three times & weight lifting twice. I know 1-3 pounds a week is okay, but it seems like this might be unhealthy. What are your opinions & what should I do if anything to make sure it is a healthy weight loss?

If you have just started working out, you probably just lost a lot of water weight. this is very typical when someone first begins to workout.
Just be sure to eat well, drink plenty of water and don’t starve yourself

Well, you’ve already lost it, so there’s nothing to do. But yes that is quite a bit in a short time due to the working out and low calorie intake. Check with a specialist for future weight loss. Boy, I could use you as my trainer, I’m trying to lose also!
