How to have a good diet for weight loss ?
Hi,
Since last year I have put on some 10 kg weight. please suggest me how to loose these 10 kg by this February . I like to eat junk food like burgers , pizza once every week or 10 days. Can you tell me a bout some diet plan or good exercises.
My BMI is 25.8

Well, I would definitely have to start by saying to change your eating habits; those types of foods will keep your right where you are. Switch those up for something hearty like baked chicken or steamed veggies; lean meats and fresh-not processed!- produce are the best choice for you; save the indulging for after you’ve reached your goal( ah! But don’t over-do it until you’re back here again).
Make sure you get enough protein and fiber; you can google websites on how to find out how much you need.
Next, I would recommend you do an hour of cardio a day; be it swimming, running, walking, hiking, biking, or even some floor moves like jumping jacks. Be sure to switch it up so that your body does not get use to the exercises! And stay hydrated.

Hi, it’s very simple – get some rules! The best thing you can do is trying to eat healthily – just natural stuff and avoid those junk food (but if you like it, it’s not a big deal to eat some once per week!)
Remember, you can’t starve yourself, take a small bag of nuts (almonds are perfect) and eat them as snack – you will avoid to get fast food.
Get full your fridge with chicken (avoid pork meat, it’s very fat), white yogurts, veggies and hide candies! Also good is cous cous, brown rice… Great is everything that was just from nature (it sounds ridicolously, but your body can handle that stuff much better)
Exercise – I go jogg like 5times per week when I get back from school – enough are 20minutes!
It’s not hard, and I can tell when you start you get used to it very quickly!
