I started really working hard one week ago on eating right, and I decided that I would only weigh myself once a week. Well, today was my weigh day, and not a single pound gone!!! I am so discouraged because I have worked really hard, eating right, and going to the gym all week, doing tons of cardio!! Does it take longer than a week to get your metabolism turned around?? Someone please tell me it will start to come off!!

Think in terms of months, not days or weeks.

It might take a couple weeks to see something. Are you counting calories? Many people think they’re eating right, and they are, but they’re neglecting to count calories, which is all that really matters with weight loss. Make sure you’re doing that and keep up the good work!!

yes it will i my brother got the same thing but in less that two weeks his weight decreased by 5 pounds and now is about two month and he has lost more than 20 pounds,so dont loose hope it will help you and also have faith that it will go away
