How is my weight loss plan?
I'm 14 years old, 5'3 and 141 lbs.
Diet: I usually eat four meals a day (breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner) that add up to around 1300-1500 calories. (I'm a vegetarian so I eat a lot of soup, stir fried vegetables, and tofu. I try not to eat a lot of carbs, but pasta is my weakness.) Also, I drink about 8-10 cups of water a day (I don't know if this makes a difference, but I used to drink way less water).
Exercise: At least five days a week, I do 40 minutes cardio on my elliptical machine, 100 jumping jacks, 100 crunches, 25 reverse crunches, 50 bicycles, 25 lunges, 25 squats, and I do some light weight lifting. I stretch a lot throughout the day too.
I've been doing this for two weeks but I've only lost 1 lb. I want to lose 6 more pounds which will put me in the healthy weight range.
Any comments/suggestions?

Go for a 30-45 minute walk every day!! It helps! Also, make sure you eat healthy foods. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than how many you consumed in that day….so you MIGHT be consuming too many calories. Also, cut down on the pasta if that will help! I think you’re plan is good! I’ve lost 7 pounds in one month…GOOD LUCK! Hope you get to your goal
