how does this diet sound for weight loss?

instant oatmeal maple and brown sugar 3 meals a day.
ill give you the breakdown of nutrition facts for this.
calories 160 each packet- calories from fat 15
total fat 1.5- 2 percent
not saturated or trans fat 0
33 carbs- is that bad?
dietary fiber 3 grams
sugars 13 g

i know this is extreme but if i eat this 3 meals a day do cardio 7 days a week for an hour and a half each day will i see weight loss?
the packet is 43grams by the way.

  1. Although outmeal is healthy, eating nothing BUT oatmeal is very unhealthy.

    Try regular oatmeal (not instant with the flavours, thats a lot of sugar!) and put a bit of honey into it or something. And eat that for BREAKFAST.

    For lunch, and dinner have different meals, preferably with some vegetables and fruit.

  2. You probably will see weight-loss with this but wouldn’t you prefer to be healthy? This is not good for long term, actually not even at all. You need proper nutrition you get from fruits and vegetables (zinc, iron, calcium, vitamins, etc) as well as grains (bread, rice) and protein.   3. a healthy diet is about more than just fat, carbs fiber and sugar. You also need vitamins, minerals and protien – none of which are in this oatmeal!

    If you are desperate for rapid weightloss, look into something like slim fast or the cambridge diet which do one real meal each day – to include things like fruits and veggies, and two meal replacements. That would be far healthier, although far from ideal.

  5. Jade, I do not think this diet is good… because I think you will get bored of it after few days. Can you imagine eating the same food everyday? And… not to say that it is instant oatmeal maple…
