How do I lose weight the healthy way, and keep it off? ?
Well, thanks to all who answered my last health question, how to convince the rest of my family to eat healthier food and eat smaller portions. That worked out okay, but the way I eat alone isn't going to help me get into tip top shape. So how do I lose weight the healthy way and be able to keep it off? My BMI was like, 24.5, right on the healthy/unhealthy line. My goal weight loss is 27 pounds. How long will that take?

Working out and dieting are important while losing weight, however equally as important is the requirement to clean your pipes. There will be up to 20 pounds of extra weight in there that’s NOT fat, Fortunately this can be flushed out with ease with a new diet supplement offered on a risk free trial at http://soceratd.planktonink.com. Give it a try – I did, and melted away 17 pounds!!!

The average if exercising is approximately 2lb per week. Exercise is key, replace fat with muscle boosts your metabolism. Weight is not an accurate calculation of you health. Find out where you stand in relation to fitness/health standards, many times they aren’t high standards just general ones. Once you find out where you fall, join a gym and go for it get a trainer for a few sessions to teach you. You can reverse years of sedentary lifestyle and live healthy beyond what you would by sitting on a couch. Good luck
