How do i get to a healthy weight ?!?
I'm 14 . Female . 199lbs . and i'm 5'3
what are some exercises i can do .
weight loss tips.
**Exercise planes!!!! (what i mainly want.)
and foods to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

i did the protien diet an lost five pounds an five inches in one week.you dont have to excesie on this diet.all you have to do is just eat 30 carbs a day. it worked for me. google it.
