How can I really diets to loss weight?
I weigh just under 15 stone. What should I be eating to diets to loss weight? I've stuck to the Weight Watchers diet for a week & I've only lost 1lb.
I worked out on Monday for 1 hour 20 minutes, and I couldn't walk without pain until Thursday evening.

I do have a solution but it requires you to have determination.
There’s an ebook called Fat Loss 4 Idiots. It is a commercial ebook which means you have to purchase it before you download it.
If you think a book cannot provide you the solution. Then consult a physician or there’s an excellent product called Acai Berry Select. You can give it a try.
