How about this for a weight loss diet?
Im currently trying to lose about 5 stone, from 17, down to about 12, Im 20 years old and about 6 foot.
Ive had some experience in the past of losing weight, and getting fit, so ive made the below CV schedule and diet plan, that I have been going at for about a month, losing 16 pounds.
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with Red Milk
Lunch: Heinz soup 2 days a week, the other 5: Cucumber, Carrot, Lettuce and Chopped apple and Banana.
Dinner: Chicken Breast with corn on the cob, and mixed vegetables.
I have fridays as my day for weighing myself, and have this as a treat night varying from curry to pizza.
In terms of exercise, I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, consisting of 5 minutes of rowing to warm up, followed by an hour of X-Trainer, with a one minute break every ten minutes, followed by 10 minutes on the bike to cool down, and a few resistance machines.
I was just wondering if ayone has any tips on how I could improve on this, as its going to be a fairly long term project, I want it to be do-able as well as successful.

That actually sounds very healthy. Change up your dinner every few nights of so just so you don’t get bored eating chicken every night: I mean, nothing wrong with chicken, but pork is a nice sweet meat. Also, weigh yourself every other week instead, because otherwise that puts a lot of pressure on your to loose weight faster than may be acceptable for your body. Good luck and remember, you are amazing just for being youself!
