high calorie fat free plant based diet= weight loss?
what if a person does NOT count calories BUT only eats fat free foods like (fat free cheese, milk, butter etc) and have a high protein and fiber diet and plant based foods like plenty of fruits and veggies, would they still lose weight? or MUST it be calories in calories burned , must someone have to count calories to lose weight?

High caloric diets are not good if you want to lose weight, and you need fat to burn fat. It is absolutely necessary. Most people do not realize that. Do some more research and then create a proper diet. And a plant based diet is all carbohydrates. That’s just going to lead to fat gain. Worst diet I’ve ever heard of. It’s not healthy either, and you would die eventually.

well fats are needed to stay a live (like omega 3 fats, fatty acids) all from fish and stuff. But even if you eat no fats and 4000 calories you will gain weight. Its simply calories in and calories out. Good luck
