Hello, is anyone on the Quick Weight Loss Center Diet Plan?
If so, how do you space your meals or schedule your meals. I have breakfast, Mid A.M., Lunch, Mid P.M., Dinner and a snack. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to space my meals. Also, I don't get home until 6pm and they say do not eat after 6. But with my schedule that's kind of difficult. So any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

I’m on herbalife program. So far it’s working very good. When i usually wake up in the morning, i get ready, drink two glasses of watter. Drink my shake (breakfast) just before I’m about to leave. Make sure your keeping your eating time same. You dont want to change your eating time each day as this will do more damage than good.
I usually eat my lunch around 1ish and after an hour later i have an apple. following by a yogurt . Than at 6ish i have my dinner. You could have your dinner whenever you want but make sure you have it 4 hours before you sleep. Normally the earlier, the better.
