Well aren’t we feisty?
As the earlier answerers said, the fact that you said that you used to be anorexic makes me hesitant to tell you anything about weight loss supplements/pills. I’m glad that you recovered from your anorexia, but one thing about these eating disorders is that many times you’re never totally ‘cured’, and I’d hate for you to fall off the right path. Even for those who don’t have an eating disorder, diet pills are not the way to loose weight.
I am a little concerned because you mention in your profile that you used to be anorexic. Do you really need diet pills ? You need to be careful . Anorexia is dangerous and can sneak back in easily. I know a few girls who struggled with ana and even though they are not "active" with it, they are still thin and I would NEVER recommend a weight loss pill for them.
well Ive never attempted any weight loss, but I remember taking some of these pills going by the brand name of "mini-thins" and they had ephedrine in them, I remember not wanting to eat anything for days after taking some..
I’ve used many weight loss pills in the past, but most of them are worthless, some of them even dangerous. For a while, I stayed away from them, and simply stuck to exercise.
But the body is not so easy to control, so diet and exercise alone won’t help. I realized that, so did some research on the safest weight loss products that might actually help. In doing my research, I realized that one can only trust clinically tried and tested methods.
Since then, I’ve been using it successfully, and I’ve overcome my problems. So my advice is, please do your research. Always opt for weight loss pills which are medically approved and without side effects. That’s what I did, and I am experiencing very good results.
