Good Weight Loss Diet?
16 years old male, 63kg
Breakfast:
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup oatmeal w/ low-fat milk
-1 green tea
-4 broccolli
-1 leaf lettuce
Snack:
-7 strawberries
-6 baby carrots
Snack:
-6 broccoli
Lunch:
-1 chicken breast
-6 broccoli
Snack:
-1 green tea
Dinner:
-1 chicken breast
-6 broccoli
-1 leaf lettuce
10 glasses water

I think i am eating healthy, I just need to get a protein shake in there somewhere. (after workout). I am lacking in calories, what healthy food should I consume of that contains lots of calorie?

Yes its very healthy. Although with the strawberries, dont eat too much, because they do have a lot of calories.
