just to let you know those free trails everyone keeps saying are rip offs. i got the acai berry and they charged me $5 twice for some stupid online mag. and then they charged me $60 bucks. i was pissed. dont do those just got to the health food store or something and buy them there whatever you do, do not buy anything online like a FREE TRIAL. its bogus.

fasting is the quickest way to lose weight. i know it sounds insane but do some research on it. it is actually really good for your system. the longest ive done is 10 days and i lost 6kg. but you could easily lose more if you were more active. when i did it i spent most of the time lying or sitting down since it was, almost 40 degrees celsius at the time.

There is no such things as a diet that works rapidly. Of course I am referring to healthy diets. Loosing weight is a matter of self discipline. And believe me, you can’t loose weight in a matter of seconds or blink of an eye.
Eat healthy, enough food for you. Don’t eat much. Of course when you say healthy, no calories, fats salty or too sweet.
Exercises can be a great help too. You don’t need to go to the gym. You can do it at home. Some household chores can be a good exercise too.
Get enough sleep and drink a lot of water.
Too boring right? but this is the only way that can loss your weight safely without jeopardizing your health.

eat 500 calories before 1 pm—– and after nothing but water—
you’ll start noticing the difference within 2 weeks and people notice within 3 weeks..
but you gotta becareful not to exercise–
and after you lost the weight start off slow and make sure you still watch wat you eat-
o and make sure you drink lots and lots of water (after 1, it’ll help you feel full)– and vitamin c–
i know this isnt really healthy but it seriously works

If you are experiencing more than one and a half to two pounds of weight loss a week you are most likely losing water weight and lean tissue. In addition, because you will not be able to continue on a rapid weight loss program for long you will eventually stop it. And when you do, you will regain the weight.
It’s tough to be patient but remember – it took a while to gain the weight (thank heavens!) and it will take a while to get rid of it.
The best way to lose weight is to eat the right foods (lean meats, fish, vegetables and fruits) eliminate foods that make us fat (refined sugars and grains) and exercise for weight loss (do interval training).
If you eat and exercise this way you will lose FAT not water weight and muscle tissue. And, by changing your eating habits rather than simply "dieting" you will not regain the weight you lost.
You will also be doing yourself a huge favor health-wise, since the foods that are fattening (grains and sugars) are also NOT really good for us.

ahh, girl you don thave to diet..
just run everyday.
walk all the time.
lift weights, do 50 situps at night..
andd eliminate junk food and fats from your diet..drink at least 7 glasses of water a day..
i did this, and for the past 2 weeks ive lost like 15 lbs. and i wasn’t overweight either..

oh, you also may want to do a clean out (sh!t.. and have green tea .or any herbal tea at night. )
