Does weight loss occur with the TCM diet?
Has anyone tried to lose weight by following a traditional chinese medicine weight loss program? I need to lose about 100 lbs. If you have tried the weight loss plan described in A Natural Guide to Weight Loss That Lasts - The Dragon's Way, please let meknow the results. The book says lose 12 pounds and 8 inches in 6 weeks. I would like to know if this really works.

I didntl’t read that book about TCM diet ,but i do have some tips of losing weight safely:
that is Don’t Diet Or Count Calories:
1. Eat a large variety of foods that are good for you.Different foods each day from all the food groups,
2. Eat small meals 4 -6 times per day but at different times each day.
3. Exercise at least 3-4 days per week.A different way of exercising each time.
4. Don’t weigh on the scales. Instead, measure yourself to gauge your results. Muscle weighs more than fat.
also ,consuming green tea on a daily basis has shown to promote weight-loss. Now that doesn’t mean if you drink 10 glasses of green tea a day, you’ll be 100lbs lighter by the end of the week. It doesn’t happen like that. Burning fat and losing weight takes a multitude of factors towards reaching your goals. These factors include your exercise routine, diet, sleeping patterns, etc etc.
