Does anyone recommend any good fast weight loss diets?
I want to loose weight without using a fad diet and I want to loose weight naturally, but fast at the same time. Please give me a 7 day schedule of what I should eat or a recommendation of good foods. Also do you recommend skipping lunch? I always get bored, skip lunch and end up snacking, but when I'm not bored and skip lunch I don't snack. I am a teeensy-weensy bit overweight according to wii fit..

It is important to understand what happens when you skip a meal or go on a crash diet. When you skip a meal your metabolism slows to conserve your energy. And when you lose weight too quickly for a few days, your body thinks it is threatened with starvation and goes into survival mode. It fights to conserve your fat stores, and any weight loss comes mostly from water and muscle.
Never skip a meal, especially breakfast, and eat healthy snacks between meals. Eating frequently prevents hunger pangs and the binges that follow, provides consistent energy, and may be the single most effective way to maintain metabolism efficiency.
Eating slowly gives our bodies time to tell us they are full before we’ve eaten more than we need.
People who eat healthy, mostly unprocessed foods, including fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and limited amounts of lean animal protein, often find that they can eat as much as they want without gaining weight. If they are switching from a diet containing lots of processed foods, they find that they can eat more yet consume fewer calories — and they lose weight.
Historically, the Chinese ate mostly rice and vegetables with a little lean meat for protein and flavor, nothing like the American Chinese restaurant dishes of deep fried sweet and sour pork. A step back to more natural foods would improve our health and waistlines.

There is a free trial on currently at http://feriss.sertevisa.com , try it, what’s the worst that could happen?

Commit to consuming 4 – 6 small meals and snacks everyday.
To succeed, you must plan ahead by packing your foods the night before. Thus, you should always have fresh and low-fat foods around.
Keep it simple. Don’t get too caught up on the specifics or your diet. Start by simply just counting calories.
Eat your foods slower.
Make healthier food selections like fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, and beans, low-fat or nonfat dairy products, low fat meats, fish and skinless poultry.
Avoid foods that are high in fat and calories.
Avoid foods that are high in sugars such as pastries, candy bars, pies and candy.
Use a variety of fruits and vegetables in your nutrition plan. Start by trying to eat 5 total vegetable and fruit servings every single day.

restrict yourself to 1200 -> 1400 calories a day…
Get wii active – and follow that program
Skipping meals is usually NOT a good idea.
Wii Fit – is nuts…most people look GREAT 10 pounds over what WII FIT thinks you should be. I think it was developed by tiny Japanese people – who would look pregnant if they swallowed an olive whole.

Don’t skip meals, eat less for main meals and snack twice a day so you’ll have a faster metabolism.
Drink a lot of water, do a lot of exercise.
Avoid red meat.
Avoir eating 3 hours or less before going to bed.
Avoid fizzy drinks.
Eat less carbs.
Limit your bread/pasta/rice/potatoes intake.
Try to minimize your meat portions, try to limit them to the size of your fist.
It’s all about making healthy choices.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
