Do you have a weight loss/diet tip to share?
I saw on Ellen today about how celeb moms wear somethng like a girdle right after delivery. This helps to flatten out their stomach again. I am always struggling with keeping my stomach flat so i thought this was a cool idea. I've been wearing a corset all day and i can already see a difference. I wanna keep doing this for a long time in addition to what i was doing before. I think it'll really work! So that's my diet tip... we don't have to have celeb money to achieve the same results!

I don’t really know any crazy secrets, but I would advise against going on one of those crazy diets. All you really need to do is eat at least 3 times a day (snacks in between help you burn carbs more regularly instead of saving them up until your next meal) Just make sure that you eat healthily. Also, PILATES! That is a wonderful exercise that helps give you a nice lean, toned body.

Start the day with a glass of hot water and lemon, it’s not so nice but it fills you up and gets your digestive system moving. Swap cows milk for soya milk, it tastes practically the same. And give up diet soda, it bloats you and messes with your blood sugar levels, it actually makes you crave sugary things so its counter-productive.

avoid oil,butter,cheese(sort of fat items lik this),say no to pasteries,fried items,sweets,sugar.,no non-veg items,hav max. amount of fresh friuts and vegetables,drink plenty of juices with artificial sweeteners ie 0 calorie,drink 1.5 lts of water a day,u should work out if u really want to lose weight
