Diet/weight loss/excersize tips to keep a curvy body?
I used to be a very comfortable size four, but over the last couple of years, I've gained a lot of weight, and now I'm an 8/10. I actually prefer my body to be curvier than I was, but I feel my flab has gotten a little out of hand. I'd like to tone up a bit, and I am wondering if anyone has advice on changes to my diet and excersize I can make to keep my curvy body but tone up my belly and eliminate love handles and firm up my thighs a bit. Work out with weights but avoid heavy shoulder work-visually as a woman if your shoulders are narrow your hips will appear wider…giving you the curvy look. Another thing you could try is simply walking on a treadmill at a moderate incline…great calorie burner and leg toner.
