Diet..weight loss…?
What do you think of this weight loss plan:
Please note that I ll start working out once I loose some weight...
Breakfast: choose one : Oatmeal banana OR peanut butter and toast
Before noon:1 protein shake
Lunch: fruit salad(apple,peach,strawberry and mango)
Around 5 pm : 1 protein shake
dinner :2 bowls of green leaf salad 2 eggs or 1 can of tuna
Please let me know if this diet can help me to loose weight...
is 2 protein shake too much?
Do you think I can loose 2 pounds a week by this diet?

Two (2).Things
You need Willpower & Wont power
Wont eat Junk food
Wont drink soda’s
and Wont eat Ice Cream
Will Exercise everyday
Cycling, Swimming and Brisk Walking
Sound like hard work?
