Diet for weight loss suggestions?
Hey, guys!
I was just wondering what diets are out there, THAT work. that you personlly have gotten or heard results from?
I will not use suppliments, pills , weight loss drinks.
Just real food, healthy ways.
Has anyone had luck with a certain diet? let me know!

your gunna have to check how much calories you take in a day.
The way i do my diet is i eat 6 times a day. For breakfeast i eat a cup of cereal with a cup of milk. the next 2-3 hours i would eat a gronola bar. 3hrs later i would eat alot of salad. 3 =hrs later i would eat a fruit. 3 hrs later i would eat dinner. you can eat a small pizza with less cheese, lasanga, etc you can practicly eat anything but just in really small portions. 2-3 hours later i would eat desert. you can eat anything again but again with a small portion

well i have tried the two step diet an all natural fruit drink that contains acai berry (which hasbeen all over news) and a garment that burns fat.. i lost 4lbs in a week and have no complaints.

Basically there are three kinds of diet pills.
1. Diet pills that will suppress your appetite. You will feel no hunger and will eat less.
But these diet pills will not supply energy for you body. So if you take this kind of diet pills
for a long time and eat much less than you used to, it will be harmful for your body especially
teen teenagers.
2. The second kind of diet pills will also suppress appetite but it will supply a litte energy for
your body. And still you will "hate" eating but that energy is not enough to let you do high intensity sports.
In order to lose weight fast and effective, some people think after taking diet pills they
should do more sports. It is wrong! Some people may get dizzy or headache.
3. The other kind of diet pills will make you diarrhea.
