Someone told me that changing up your diet causes weightloss. I eat very healthy. He was saying that if I have some junkfood days, my body will respond differently and my metabolism will shoot up. Then, if I go right back on to my healthy diet, the same thing will happen. I think this is just theory. Give me answers.

Your body will immune itself to everything you do it. If weight loss is your thing, then you need to move more than you burn, however it has to be a slight deficit of around 300 to 500 calories. If it is more, the body will notice and absorb everything you eat because you are doing too much with too little. Remember, it takes calories to burn calories!!! Yes to answer your question, diet changes can result in weight loss. Remember when you started this meal plan you were on, what were your daily activities? If they have changed, then your meal plan needs to change……it is all about checks and balances and consistency. I do not agree with having a junkfood day, because for that one day, you are taking in a lot of uneccessary calories on a day when you are probably not moving as much. Lets say you burn 2300 calories a day, then 1800 calories a day is what you should be taking in over the course of the day in 5 to 6 portion sized meals. 500 X 7=3500calories which is equal to one pound of fat.

Jumping your calories throughout the week or even just one day a week can help you lose weight. like if you need 2000 calories a day. You could do 1500 one day and then 2500 another day.

I was out on rest for six months for and that was the time my cousin introduced me to a complete weight loss supplement regime. I have been using this for past few months and I have already lowered the blood sugar level and out rid off several pounds of extra fat which I accumulated thanks to the junk food that I used to consume. Now the life has taken a complete U-turn, I feel that good things always come late but with this supplement it has been fast and gentle in its action.
