  1. Sounds like it would be fine- so long as it’s filling you up. Fresh, uncooked veggies/fruit, whole grains, and lean meat (fish, fowl) are the best foods to help stay healthy and lose weight, and you have all of those accounted for :)

  2. weight watchers

  3. do a fast

  4. no, ur doing good just drink lots of water that helps alot too!

  5. This sounds like a reasonable diet, provided you are not eating or drinking anything else, especially snacks and soft drinks. Try to limit meat to just once or twice a week at most and replace with lot of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables instead. Too much meat can lead to excessive calorie intake, as they lack fiber. Fiber stretches the stomach, leading to satiety. Data is mixed on the effect of caffeine (contained in tea and coffee) on weight, but may I suggest cutting out the caffeine completely, for they have numerous health risks, especially the nervous and cardiovascular system. And try to eat dinner at least 2 hr prior to bedtime.

  6. You are not eating enough. If you eat too little your metabolism will slow down and it’s doubtful you will lose weight.

Try and fill up on more yogurt and fruit.

  7. that is a pretty well balanced diet. very similar to what i eat when i am trying to lose weight. don’t forget to exercise!

  8. sounds good

  10. Ok when you are on a diet you have to stay on that diet. when you lose all the weight you wanna lose and change back to your old eating habits you are gonna gain all that weight back

  11. How do I lose weight in a healthy way?

First of all, lets see if you actually even need to lose weight. Many people think they need to lose weight when it’s not necessary. You can estimate your body fat content by using our body mass index calculator or body mass index tables. Your BMI (body mass index) can be a good indicator of the percentage of body fat you have.

If you want to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, stay away from diet pills that reduce your appetite, and don’t restrict calories too much, both are counterproductive to what you want – healthy weight loss that you will be able to sustain. When you come off your diet plan and do start to eat again, you will be sure to gain back whatever weight you lose, and you’ll more than likely gain back more weight than you originally lost.

When you diet by not eating, or drastically reduce your diet, your body perceives itself as starving and lowers your metabolism (how fast you burn calories at rest) to compensate. Instead, you should go for weight loss in a healthy manner that will be sustainable instead of yo-yo dieting.

Raise your body’s metabolism in a healthy way just by eating! Your body actually raises its’ metabolism each time you eat. What you should do is take your normal diet and spread it out over 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day. This will help keep your metabolism at a higher level throughout the entire day. You’re just about guaranteed to lose weight without even changing your diet. This tip alone will aid you greatly in your endeavor to lose unhealthy body fat.

Stay away from the obvious things – cookies, cakes and candies. Soda is a real killer; one twelve ounce can of soda will support about 11 pounds of body weight for a body at rest for an entire day. Don’t eat anything within 4 hours of going to bed. And stay away from things made with white flour; your body processes it just like sugar. Eat foods made from whole grains instead.

Any exercise (walking, cycling, etc.) that you do for more than twenty continuous minutes kicks in the fat burning machine and will help you lose weight. After twenty minutes, on average, your body starts to burn fat for energy instead of carbohydrates. Anything you can do beyond that point is a bonus. Also, if you can do your exercises first thing in the morning it will give your metabolism a boost for the entire day helping you even more in your endeavor to lose even more weight.

  12. Do not do a diet, diets have been shown to have horrible side effects such as eating disorders. If you want to lose weight you should just start by eating healthy as you are doing. Follow vital information provided by your GP as they can help alot. Drink plenty of water as water flushes your system and its better than any other drink for you. If you do a diet then you must see your GP because they can be very dangerous and as soon as people come off diets they pile the weight back on.

  13. sounds pretty good.

the only diet i know about loosin weight and eatin smaller amounts of food every 2 or 3 hours. i lost 10lbs thats way. didnt mean to tho >_< i was already at 115 =\ i was just sick and then had acid reflux and its what they tell you to do. so anyway, your diet sounds good ^_^ keep it up. also try to do some mild exercise, dont go crazy tho, kay?

  16. Top 3 Ways to Lose Weight and Eat Healthy

    1. The first thing you must do that most people forget is to keep healthy fats in your diet. Healthy fats are an essential component in properly burning fat and building muscle hormones in your body. They are also reduce the cravings you get when you eat ‘nonsense’ food.

The best sources of healthy fats are found in egg yolk (organic free range eggs recommended), nuts, seeds, avocados, grass-fed meats (excellent source of conjugated linoleic acid, helps burn body fat & build muscle), extra virgin olive oil (the highest rated antioxidant contained by any olive oil) are just a few sources of healthy fats.

A helpful tip to try throughout the day is eating a handful of raw nuts (something you can handle – almonds and pecans are good choices) 30 minutes before any major meal. This will reduce your appetite for the unhealthy fatty foods while providing your body with a great source of protein, fibre, and healthy fats so your calorie intake will decrease while increasing your nutritional value.

    2. The second important thing you must do is eat high quality protein with each of your major meals. Plant products such as nuts and beans are excellent sources that provide good protein, suppress appetites and allow you to control your calorie intake.

Lean muscle is also created from quality protein diets if you exercise regularly which allows your metabolism to increase because of your lean muscle, which in turn creates fat burning mechanisms.
Blood sugar and insulin levels are affected by protein. Eating quality proteins regularly helps slow the breakdown on carbs which lowers blood sugar and gives your body a healthy balance.

    3. I don’t completely support low-card diets because of the importance they place in everyone’s lives – but one of the main reasons individuals struggle to lose weight is because of overeating of excessive processed carbs like grain starches and manipulated (refined) sugars.

Fruits and berries have natural sugars, which are helpful because of the fibre they hold that slows the blood sugar response in the human body. However, fruit juices have the fibre removed, and are just simple sugars, a beverage you should want to avoid and no overuse.
