A good diet after weight loss?

last summer i lost 55 pounds of fat and gained about 27 pounds of muscle and now i weight 139. i went to Brooklyn and my friend trained me. i workout inside and in parks (shirtless, which was embarrassing, but not anymore because i have a solid 6pack and vein popping out of my biceps) how do i get a new diet im only 15

  1. You’re 15, so don’t do anything "strict" because your body’s still developing. You need all your vitamins etc. You should eat normal, but cut out saturated fats as much as possible like french fries, chocolate etc. If you’re working out, you’ll want to incorporate more protein in your diet like lean beef, lean chicken, tuna etc.

  2. There are excellent diets available online. Check them out to see which one you like the best.
