Thanksgiving soon but continue weight loss?
I am going away for Thanksgiving, more precisely 4 days. Four whole days without my gym! I don't know if I will be able to fit in exercise while I am away and I am really scared of gaining weight. I am really close to my goal weight and I don't want anything to get in my way. So I desperately need Thanksgiving weight loss tips! Please help!!

Would running 3 miles a day (followed by a healthy diet) every day of the week help with weight loss? Is 3 miles enough or should I aim for more?

How do enemas aid weight loss?
I hear all the time that enemas help aid in weight loss...and how bulimic people use them frequently. But I'm just wondering how its helping you lose weight. You need to digest the food first before it can come out, so...exactly what weight could an enema possibly take off? I'm just wondering so if anyone can explain this, that'd be great.
Weight loss supplement?
So, I've been doing the weight loss thing for awhile. I'd lose some weight, hit a plateau. I'd eat a little more so I could restart the engine sort of speak and then lose some more. I continue to hit this plateau though, and I can't get to my goal weight. I was/am overweight. I'm not as far gone as I was but I still need to lose more for health reasons. I'm not looking for a weight loss pill. I know there is no magic pill. What I'm looking for is more of a suggestion on a supplement. Even if it's just a one-a-day with weight control or something. I didn't know if maybe there was one certain nutrient that I should be getting more off that would help me to stop hitting this plateau and to just steadily lose weight. I'm not concerned with how long it takes. I exercise, riding my bike mostly (I like it the most) and eat right. I just feel maybe there is some supplement I could be missing that could help.
To the guy with the essay of an answer. I know all of that. I've heard all that before. I'm in college. I've taken the health classes where they preach the same thing. No one has seemed to understand my question. I am not looking for a weight loss pill. As I said, I know there is no magic pills. More like a multi-vitamin, or just a certain vitamin or mineral is what I'm looking for. Either a multi-vitamin like a one-a-day, or should I be getting extra calcium, chromium, iron, vitamin C, etc. Stuff like that. Can anyone accurately answer my question now?

Basically I need to lose 12 pounds in 25 days. Plus at least another inch of my waist which is currently 29.5 inches...
I am 5'7", I started out a week ago weighing 180 and am now 176, I have been eating 1100 calories a day. Plus I am exercising everyday just doing like crunches, sit-ups, squats, stair running and fast walking.
Can anyone please give me some more little tips that could help me achieve the weight loss goal?
