Weight loss and Excess skin?

Here's the deal: I'm eighteen years old and weigh almost 300 Ibs. I have 9 months to lose at least 100 lbs. A healthy weight loss is 2 lbs. per week. With 4 weeks in a month, that gives me room to lose around 70 lbs. Which isn't good enough. Then, I have excess skin to worry about. I'm told by experts that skin shrinks as you lose weight. The only problem is, I have big bones. Those big bones don't allow me to lose too much weight because I have to be heftier to support them. I figure strength training might help. Do you agree? What is the best method that I should take? Would losing 3 lbs. a week be okay? If so, it would give me room to lose around 100 lbs. in time. I don't have the money to join a gym or a diet program. Does anyone know of a diet that I can go on where I won't starve? Also, I have a Wii Fit. Could it aid me in my quest?

Is this a good weight loss diet?

Breakfast - I make with our juicer a 800ml celery, orange, carrot and apple juice.
Lunch - A meal replacemant shake (instant breakfast or slimfast)
Dinner - Whatever the family cooks, usually pastas or rice or steamed vegies and so on, common stuff.
Though not diet related, but weight loss related - I do exercise.

Weight loss Plan???

Okay, I am 15, 16 in sept and 5'4 weigh 145-150 (it fluctuates) anyway, i think im a little too pudgy so i am going to try and lose 20-30 lbs. my mom got one of those bender ball thingys and i plan on using it 3-4 times a week and jogging 20-30 min on my treadmill the days i dont use it. I am also starting a 1200-1400 calorie diet with lots of fruits and veggies and limited amounts of meat, which isnt that unusual for me, bcuz i just dont like meat that much. any way, to the question does this sound like it will be an effective and healthy weight loss plan, also how long do you think it will take to reach my goal it if follow this plan??? thanks for your help
oh i also figured i should mention that i do marching band. Starting next week through the 27th of August i will have full band camp that includes 3-4 hrs outside working and then after that i will be doing a total of 8 hrs of practice a week through november

Does sleep have anything to do with weight loss?

I attend a pretty competitive high school, so there are often times i get between 5-6 hours of sleep a night due to after school activities and homework. Whenever I do get more sleep though, I feel like I start to weigh less.

I was wondering if there is actually a correlation between weight loss and sleep, or if it's just the stress I have from not sleeping the recommended 8 hours a night.

How healthy is a weight loss of 20 pounds in 6 weeks (avg. 3.33lbs a week)?

I've been keeping a log of my weight every day for the past 6 weeks and have lost 20.1lbs since June 13th (6 weeks ago). This is an average of about 3.33lbs of weight lost per week. It's been fairly consistent over those 6 weeks...no sudden major drops or anything. But from what I've read, this is more than what is healthy to lose per week. I'm sure it's even less healthy because a lot of this weight loss has to do with not eating as much because of both being sick with a flu and because of a medication change.

I'm not only concerned about that, but also about the fact that my body physically looks much the same as it did last year when I was nearly 85 pounds heavier. I'm currently 154lbs at 5'7 (male) and still have noticeable excess fat deposits around my waist, abdomen, chest, butt and thighs. So I'm worried that the weight I'm losing must be mostly muscle or water and not fat.

So I guess my question is a two-parter. First, should I be concerned about the rate at which I'm losing weight? Second, what can I do to keep losing weight (but healthily) in a way that specifically targets fat?
