Been doing the O diet, want to switch to a more inclusive weight loss plan. Any suggestions?
Been doing The Blood Type O Diet . Burned out and still have weight to loose. Want to follow a non so restictive meal plan which produces weight loss. Any suggestions? Something that will not make me ballon up in pounds the minute I sniff a carb!
Question about weight-loss (comparing methods)?
So, everyone knows that the best way to lose weight is to eat properly and exercise right? I thought about this question for a while, and I couldn't give myself a good answer. One part of eating right is controlling your caloric intake right? And with that, you factor in the exercise to burn off x number of calories that you intake... so what's wrong with cutting out exercise and reducing your caloric intake by the amount you would have burned by exercise? The only disadvantage that I could see would be that you're not strengthening your heart from cardio workouts, but you theoretically should still be losing weight right? Yes, it's true that you should work out your heart muscle, but there are so many people out there that dont do cardio at all and if you didn't do cardio before and was only concerned about healthy weight-loss and not in strengthening your heart... what's wrong with eating properly... like no saturated fats, processed foods, and eating lots of fruits and veggies, but counting your calories to the suggested level minus the amount you would burn from doing cardio?
Best weight-loss supplements during a 30-40 day fast?
What would you suggest as the best (herbal?) weight-loss supplement during a 35-45 day fast?
I plan on water fasting for four weeks, followed by two weeks of juice fasting.
Please, no criticism on the possible dangers of extended fasts.
I know what I'm doing.
Thanks.

Is there a secret to jogging and weight loss?
I've been exercising faithfully for about a year and have lost about 80lbs. Trouble is, I need to lose about 80 more (at least). I'm looking for new ways to kick my weight loss back into high gear. Will jogging help? I'm still pretty big so it's soooo difficult still. Is there a trick to it? Breathing, stride etc. Thanks.
is this a healthy weight loss program?
i eat 1200 calories a day and exercise 6 days a week at the gym. i do half an hour of cardio(usually one machine) then half an hour of strength training(3 days with my trainer, 3 days on my own) and then another half hour of cardio(usually 3 different machines for 10 minutes each)
so far i've lost about 15 lbs, but what will happen to my muscle? should i eat more if i want to gain the muscle or is this amount of calories ok?
Weight loss using Focalin prescribed to you?
I know focalin causes weight loss in people that aren't supposed to take it, but i was wondering if you could cause weight loss by taking more than the prescribed amount even if you do have ADD?
sample weight loss nutritional plan?
I've been battling this monster for a while now and i'm finally at my wits end with it.
I need a sample nutritional plan for at least 7 days (2 weeks prefered) that will promote long term healthy weight loss, that is sweetener/sugar, nut and yeast free (gluten is fine).
apparently nuts are at the core of weight loss plans...as are sugar suppliments which only make my yeast issue worse.
the exercise thing is down, but it's not making a difference. i've concluded that i'm clearly not eating in a way that's helpful to my desire to lose 30lbs.
all serious help would be appreciated.

Should I go back to the weight loss center or do it on my own?
I have lost weight through a weight loss center but it gets so expensive. I have struggled doing it on my own. I feel powerless either way and still struggle with it. I need to lose about 10 pounds to get at my goal weight. Any suggestions? Thanks!
